Punjab: Five IPS officers shifted

The Punjab government on Thursday (08.02.2024) issued transfer and posting orders for five IPS officers.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows;

1. Akhil Chaudhary (IPS:2012:PB), SSP, SBS Nagar, has been transferred and posted AIG Personnel-II, CPO, Punjab.
2. Gaurav Toora (IPS:2014:PB), AIG Personnel-II, CPO, has been transferred and posted as AIG Provisioning, CPO.
3. Suhail Qasim Mir (IPS:2017:PB), ADCP-II, Ludhiana, has been transferred and posted as DCP, Ludhiana.
4. Dr. Pragya Jain (IPS:2017:PB), ADCP-III, Amritsar, has been transferred and posted as Amritsar.
5. Mehtab Singh (IPS:2017:PB), ADCP-I, Ludhiana, has been transferred and posted as SSP, SBS Nagar.
