The central deputation tenure of Pramod Kumar Tiwari (IAS:1991:AM) as Director General (DG), Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) has been extended. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Monday (17.10.2022), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved extension in central deputation tenure of Mr. Kumar beyond 24.10.2022 i.e. up to 23.05.2024 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
