Odisha : Three IAS officers transferred

The Odisha government on wednesday issued transfer and posting orders of three IAS officers in the state.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. Nikunja Bihari Dhal (IAS:1993:OR) : Principal Secretary, Energy Department.
2. Santosh Kumar Sarangi (IAS:1994:OR) : Principal Secretary, Science and Technology Department.
3. Bishnupada Sethi (IAS:1995:OR) : Principal Secretary, Revenue and Disaster Management Department.
