None selected for ONGC CMD post, PESB constitutes SCSC

The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has failed to find suitable candidate for the post of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD), Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) at meeting held on June 04, 2021. The PESB interviewed ten candidates for the job following which it announced that it would constitute a Search cum selection committee (SCSC) to select the new CMD.

The following 09 applicants were interviewed in the selection meeting :

7. Manoj Kumar Dubey, Director(Finance), Container Corporation of India Limited (CONCOR)
8. Niraj Verma, Principal Secretary, Indian Administrative Service
