Niten Chandra (IAS:1990:OR), Secretary, Department of Legal Affairs, will continue to hold additional charge of the post of Secretary, Legislative Department. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Tuesday (20.09.2022), the competent authority has approved continuation of additional charge of the post to Mr. Chandra upto 03.10.2022 during the period of absence on leave of Dr. Reeta Vasishta.
