The Nagaland government on Monday assigned the additional charge of the post of Chief Secretary to Jan E Alam (IAS:1991:NL). Presently, he is working as Additional Chief Secretary to Chief Minister and Development Commissioner.
The post fell vacant after the demise of Tali Temjen Toy (IAS:1989:NL) on 28 December 2020.
