Mihir Kumbhakar (ITS:2001), CVO, Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd. (GRSE), Kolkata has been given additional charge of the post of CVO, Hindustan Shipyard Ltd. (HSL), Visakhapatnam. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Wednesday (28.12.2022), the competent authority has approved the proposal of the Department of Defence Production for entrustment of additional charge of the post to Mr. Kumbhakar for a period of three months from the date of assumption of charge or till the appointment of a regular CVO or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
