The central deputation tenure of Ashish Kumar (IAS:2005:TN) as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Home Affairs has been extended for two years. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Friday (26.08.2022), the competent authority has approved the proposal of M/o Home Affairs to extend the deputation tenure of Mr Kumar for period of two years beyond 27.08.2022, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
