Manvendra Singh has been promoted to the Senior Administrative Grade (designated as Additional Director General Foreign Trade/ Development Commissioner Special Economic Zone/ Trade Advisor) of the Indian Trade Service (ITS) in the Directorate General of Foreign Trade for the panel year of 2009.
