New Delhi: Senior IAS officer Manish Kumar Gupta (IAS:1991:AGMUT) has been empanelled for holding Secretary equivalent posts in the Government of India.
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) approved his empanelment on Tuesday (September 15, 2026).
Gupta is currently serving as Chief Secretary of Arunachal Pradesh, a position he has held since September 16, 2024. He is scheduled to retire from service in July 2027.
