Mahesh Kumar Shambhu gets extension as DIGF(C), IRO, MoEF&CC Bangalore

The deputation tenure of Mahesh Kumar Shambhu (IFS:2000:AGMUT) as Deputy Inspector General of Forests (C), Integrated Regional Office, MoEF&CC, Bangalore has been extended for a period of two years. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Wednesday (19.10.2022), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change for a period of two years beyond 11.03.2022 and upto 11.03.2025 (i.e. 7 years outside the cadre at a stretch).
