The central deputation tenure of Kushagra Mittal (IRTS:2010) as Director in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MoPNG) has been extended for one year. According to order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Friday (20.06.2025), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of the M/o Petroleum and Natural Gas for extension to extend the deputation tenure of Mr Mittal (IRTS:2010) for a period of one year beyond 10.08.2025 and upto 10.08.2026 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Notably, Kushagra Mittal began his central deputation tenure on August 11, 2020.
