Kerala : 18 IPS officers shifted, Manoj Abraham posted as ADGP, Vigilance

The Kerala government, on July 08, 2022, issued transfer and posting orders for 18 IPS officers across the state.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. K Padma Kumar (IPS:1989:KL), ADGP, Armed Police Battalion, is transferred and posted as ADGP, Headquarters.
2. Yogesh Gupta (IPS:1993:KL), ADGP, State Crime Records Bureau, is placed at the disposal of the Taxes Department for being appointed as Managing Director, Kerala State Beverages Corporation Limited.
3. Manoj Abraham (IPS:1994:KL), ADGP, Hqrs, is transferred and posted as ADGP, Vigilance.
4. M R Ajithkumar (IPS:1995:KL), ADGP, Protection of Civil Rights, is transferred and posted as ADGP, Armed Police Battalions with additional charge of ADGP, Protection of Civil Rights.
5. Thummala Vikram (IPS:1998:KL), IGP, Security, is transferred and posted as IGP, North Zone.
6. Ashok Yadav (IPS:1998:KL), IGP, North Zone, is posted as IGP, Security.
7. S Syamsundar (IPS:2005:AP), Managing Director, Kerala State Beverages Corporation Limited is repatriated to Police Department and posted as DIGP, Crimes.
8. Dr A Srinivas (IPS:2009:KL), District Police Chief, Kozhikode Rural, is transferred and posted as SP, State Special Branch, Security.
9. K Karthick (IPS:2011:KL), District Police Chief, Ernakulam Rural, is transferred and posted as District Police Chief, Kottayam.
10. Narayanan T (IPS:2011:KL), Commissioner of Police, Kollam City, is transferred and posted as Additional AIGP, Hqrs.
11. Merin Joseph (IPS:2013:KL), SP, Hqrs, is transferred and posted as Commissioner of Police, Kollam City.
12. Karuppasamy R (IPS:2013:KL), District Police Chief, Idukki, is transferred and posted as District Police Chief, Kozhikode Rural.
13. Arvind Sukumar (IPS:2016:KL), District Police Chief, Wayanad, is transferred and posted as Commandant, KAP IV Battalion.
14. Shilpa D (IPS:2016:KL), District Police Chief, Kottayam, is transferred and posted as SP, Women Cell with additional charge of Commandant, Women Battalion.
15. Anand R (IPS:2016:KL), Additional AIGP, Hqrs, is transferred and posted as District Police Chief, Wayanad.
16. Vivek Kumar (IPS:2017:KL), Commandant, KAP IV Battalion, is transferred and posted as District Police Chief, Idukki.
17. Vishnu Pratheep T K (IPS:2018:KL), Assistant SP, Thalassery, is transferred and posted as Assistant SP, Perambra.
18. Nidhinraj P (IPS:2019:KL), Assistant SP, Pala, is transferred and posted as Assistant SP, Thalassery.
