The central deputation tenure of Kedar Nath Verma (ISS:2006) as Director in the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare has been extended for a period of two years. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Thursday (15.09.2022), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of Department of Agriculture to extend the deputation tenure of Mr. Verma for a period of two years beyond 21.08.2022 and upto 21.08.2024 or until further orders.
