The Jammu and Kashmir government on Friday announced the promotion of as many as 14 IPS officers across different grades.

IPS officers (1996 batch) promoted to Higher Administrative Grade (ADGP rank) :

1. Mukesh Singh
2. M K Sinha
3. Sunil Kumar

IPS officers (2007 batch) promoted to Super Time Scale (DIG rank):

1. Dr. Sunil Gupta
2. Sujit Kumar
3. Vivek Gupta
4. Mohammed Suleman Choudhary

IPS officers (2008 batch) promoted to Selection Grade :

1. Tejinder Singh
2. Abdul Jabbar
3. Udayabhaskar Billa

IPS officers (2017 batch) promoted to Senior Time Scale :

1. Anayat Ali Choudhary
2. Mohita Sharma
3. Nikhil Borkar
4. Tanushree
