The Jharkhand government on Thursday (15.12.2022) issued transfer and posting orders for eighteen IAS officers across the state.
The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :
- Ajay Kumar Singh (IAS:1995:JH), Rural Work Department with additional charge of Principal Secretary, Finance has been given additional charge of Panchayat Raj Department.
- Rajesh Kumar Sharma (IAS:2003:JH), Secretary, Transport Department with additional charge Transport Commissioner has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Labour, Planning, Training and Skill Development.
- Praveen Kumar Toppo (IAS:2003:JH), Secretary, Labour, Planning, Training and Skill Development with additional charge of Labour Commissioner has been transferred and posted as Divisional Commissioner, South Chotanagpur Division, Ranchi.
- K Srinivasan (IAS:2005:JH), Secretary, Scheduled Tribes, Schedule Castes, Minorities and Backward Classes Department has been given additional charges of Secretary, Transport Department and Labour Commissioner.
- Kamleshwar Prasad Singh (IAS:2008:JH), Excise Commissioner with additional charge of MD, Jharkhand Beverage Corporation, Ranchi has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary, Labour, Planning, Training and Skill Development.
- Mukesh Kumar (IAS:2009:JH), Tribal Welfare Commissioner with additional charge of Vice-Chairman, Ranchi Regional Development Authority has been transferred and posted as Director, Sri Krishna Institue of Public Administration, Ranchi with additional charges of Director, Information and Public Relation Department and Vice Chairman, Ranchi Regional Development Authority.
- Uma Shankar Singh (IAS:2009:JH), Land Acquisition, Land Records and Measurement Department with additional charges of Special Secretary, Revenue, Registration and Land Reforms and IG, Prison has been given additional charge of Chief Executive Officer, JAP IT.
- Neha Arora (IAS:2012:JH), Director, Planning and Training with additional charges of Mission Director, Swachh Bharat Mission, Ranchi and Administrator, Jharkhand State Cooperative Bank Limited, Ranchi has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Drinking Water & Sanitation Department with additional charge of Project Director, Neer Nirmal Pariyojana.
- Sanjeev Kumar Besra (IAS:2012:JH), Additional Secretary, Planning and Development Department has been transferred and posted as Labour Commissioner with additional charge of Director, Planning and Training (Labour, Planning and Training Department).
- Karn Satyarthi (IAS:2016:JH), DDC-cum-CEO, Zila Parishad, Dumka has been transferred and posted as Excise Commissioner with additional charge of MD, Jharkhand Beverage Corporation.
- Garima Singh (IAS:2016:JH), DDC-cum-CEO, Zila Parishad, Lohardaga has been transferred and posted as Director, Higher Education with additional charge of Director, Technical Education.
- Vishal Sagar (IAS:2016:JH), DDC-cum-CEO, Zila Parishad, Ranchi has been transferred and posted as Director, Information Technology with additional charges of Director, Jharkhand Space Application Centre (JSAC) and CEO, Jharkhand Communication Network Limited.
- Lokesh Mishra (IAS:2016:JH), DDC-cum-CEO, Zila Parishad, Kodarma has been transferred and posted as Tribal Affairs Commissioner with additional charges of Project Director, Jharkhand Tribal Development Society and MD, Scheduled Castes Cooperative Development Corporation.
- Abhijeet Sinha (IAS:2018:JH), Joint Secretary, School Education and Literacy Department with additional charge of MD, Jharkhand Medical and Health Infrastructure Development and Procurement Corporation Limited.
- Rituraj (IAS:2018:JH), Joint Secretary, Labour, Planning, Training and Skill Development Department has been transferred and posted as DDC-cum-CEO, Zila Parishad, Kodarma.
- Sameera S (IAS:2018:JH), Commissioner, Medininagar Municipal Corporation has been transferred and posted DDC-cum-CEO, Zila Parishad, Lohardaga.
- Ravi Anand (IAS:2018:JH), Joint Secretary, Scheduled Tribes, Schedule Castes, Minorities and Backward Classes Department has been transferred and posted as DDC-cum-CEO, Zila Parishad, Palamu with additional charge of City Commissioner, Medininagar Municipal Corporation.
- Dinesh Kumar Yadav (IAS:2018:JH), Joint Secretary, Drinking Water and Sanitation Department has been transferred and posted as DDC-cum-CEO, Zila Parishad, Ranchi.
