The Haryana government has reinstated two under-suspension IAS officers, Vijay Dahiya (IAS:2001:HY) and Jaibir Singh Arya (IAS:2009:HY), who faced separate corruption charges registered by the state anti-corruption bureau (ACB). The officers, who were placed under suspension after being arrested by the ACB in October, were granted bail in November. The government’s December 21 personnel department orders, revoking their suspension, state the reinstatement without prejudice to the outcome of the ongoing criminal proceedings. The state government had last month reinstated IAS officer Dharmender Singh (IAS:2012:HY), in November, after he was granted bail by a Faridabad court in an ACB corruption case.
