Haryana : Govt deploys 22 senior IAS officers as administrative secretaries in-charge of districts

The Haryana government on Monday deputed 22 senior IAS officers as administrative secretaries in-charge of districts in the state.

According to the government notification issued late Monday night, these officers will chair the District Public Grievances Committee in the absence of the nominated chairperson. The officers are also assigned to administer works related to infrastructure projects, e-governance, progress of important government schemes and law and order in their respective areas of posting.

They are ;

  1. Sanjeev Kaushal (IAS:1986:HY), ACS and Financial Commissioner, Revenue and Disaster Management and Consolidation Departments, ACS, Cooperation Department has been deputed as incharge of Faridabad District.
  2. Varinder Singh Kundu (IAS:1986:HY), ACS, Fisheries Department, CEO, GMDA, Gurugram and CEO, FMDA, Faridabad has been deputed as incharge of Rewari District.
  3. Pranab Kishore Das (IAS:1986:HY), ACS, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department has been deputed as incharge of Kaithal District.
  4. Alok Nigam (IAS:1986:HY), ACS, PW (B&R) and Architecture Department and ACS, Medical Education and Research Department has been deputed as incharge of Bhiwani District.
  5. Dheera Khandelwal (IAS:1986:HY), ACS, Information, Public Relations and Languages Department and ACS, Environment and Climate Change Department has been deputed as incharge of Karnal District.
  6. Devender Singh (IAS:1986:HY), ACS, Public Health Engineering Department, ACS, Agriculture & Farmers Welfare Department and ACS, Irrigation and Water Resources Department has been deputed as incharge of Karnal District.
  7. Trilok Chand Gupta (IAS:1987:HY), ACS, Power Department, ACS, Employment Department, Work related to implementation of CM announcements, ACS, Renewable Energy Department, Member Secretary, Haryana Governance Reforms Authority and Additional Chief Secretary, Housing Department has been deputed as incharge of Yamunanagar Department.
  8. Amit Jha (IAS:1987:HY), ACS, Science and Technology Department, Advisor, Haryana Saraswati Heritage Board and ACS, Women and Child Development Department has been deputed as incharge of Sonepat District.
  9. Siddhi Nath Roy (IAS:1989:HY), ACS, Urban Local Bodies Department has been deputed as incharge of Hisar District.
  10. Mahavir Singh (IAS:1989:HY), ACS, School Education Department and ACS, Labour Department has been deputed as incharge of Jhajjar District.
  11. Sudhir Rajpal (IAS:1990:HY), Principal Secretary, Development and Panchayats Department has been deputed as incharge of Palwal District.
  12. Ankur Gupta (IAS:1990:HY), Principal Secretary, Higher Education Department and Principal Secretary, Technical Education Department has been deputed as incharge of Charkhi Dadri District.
  13. Anurag Rastogi (IAS:1990:HY), Principal Secretary, Excise and Taxation Department has been deputed as incharge of Gurugram District.
  14. Anand Mohan Sharan (IAS:1990:HY), Principal Secretary, Mines & Geology Department, Principal Secretary, Social Justice & impowerment Department and Principal Secretary, Schedule Castes and Backward Classes Department has been deputed as incharge of Panchkula District.
  15. Raja Sekhar Vundru (IAS:1990:HY), Animal Husbandry and Dairying Department has been deputed as incharge of Mahendragarh District.
  16. Ashok Khemka (IAS:1991:HY), Principal Secretary, Archives, Archaeology & Museums Departments has been deputed as incharge of Nuh District.
  17. Vineet Garg (IAS:1991:HY), Principal Secretary, Skill Development & Industrial Training Department has been deputed as incharge of Fatehabad District.
  18. G Anupama (IAS:1991:HY), Secretary to Governor, Chief Administrator, Trade Fair Authority of Haryana, New Delhi and Principal Secretary, Forests and Wildlife Department and Nodal Officer, International Gita Mahotsav, 2020, has been deputed as incharge of Kurushetra District.
  19. Apoorva Kumar Singh (IAS:1991:HY), Principal Secretary, Town & Country Planning and Urban Estates Department, Principal Secretary, Industries & Commerce Department and Principal Secretary, Civil Aviation Department has been deputed as incharge of Panipat District.
  20. Deepti Umashankar (IAS:1993:HY), Principal Secretary, Monitoring and Coordination Department and Commissioner, Ambala Division, Ambala has been deputed as incharge of Ambala District.
  21. Vijayendra Kumar (IAS:1995:HY), Principal Secretary, GAD, CEO, Haryana Saraswati Heritage Board, Principal Secretary, Sainik & Ardh Sainik Welfare Department, Principal Secretary, Administrative Reforms Department has been deputed as incharge of Sirsa District.
  22. Rakesh Gupta (IAS:1987:HY), Project Director, Chief Minister’s Good Governance Associates Programme, Nodal Officer, Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, Director General/Secretary, Skill Development & Industrial Training and Employment has been deputed as incharge of Rohtak District.
