The post of Ganesh Kumar Baranwal (IDAS:2007) as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Defence has been re-designated as Director. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Wednesday (24.05.2023), the competent authority has approved the re-designation of Mr. Baranwal as Director for a period upto 04.04.2027 i.e. total tenure of five years under the Central Staff Scheme.
