Dr. Sagar Hanuman Singh (IPoS:1995) was on Monday appointed as Director General of National Institute of Plant Health Management (NIPHM), Hyderabad on deputation basis for a period of five years. Presently, he is serving as Postmaster General, HQ Region Telangana Circle, Hyderabad.
