The central deputation tenure of S Gopalakrishnan (IAS:1991:TN) as Additional Secretary, Department of Health & Family Welfare (DoH&FW) has been extended for a period of one year. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Friday (07.10.2022), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved extension of the deputation tenure of Mr. Gopalakrishnan period of one year beyond 27.10.2022 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
