Delhi: Surendra Singh gets addl. charge of OSD, NDMC

Surendra Singh (IAS:2005:UP), Secretary to Lt. Governor, Delhi has been given additional charge of Officer on Special Duty in New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC).
