Delhi govt transfers 7 IAS and 9 DANICS officers

The Delhi government on Tuesday (November 4, 2025) issued a major transfer and posting order involving 7 IAS and 9 DANICS officers.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows;

1. Hemant Kumar (IAS:2013:AGMUT) Special CEO (DDMA) with additional charge of Special Commissioner (Development), has been given additional charge of Special Secretary (UD).
2. Suneel Anchpika (IAS:2014:AGMUT), Special Commissioner (Trade & Taxes) with additional charge of Special Secretary (Tourism), has been assigned additional charge of Special Secretary (PWD).
3. Eda Raja Babu (IAS:2014:AGMUT), Additional CEO (DJB), has been transferred and posted as Special Registrar (Cooperative Societies).
4. Yash Chaudhary (IAS:2017:AGMUT), Director (Social Welfare) with additional charge of Special Secretary (SC/ST/OBC/Minorities), has been assigned additional charge of Special Secretary (Health).
5. Amol Srivastava (IAS:2018:AGMUT), Deputy Commissioner (East), has been given additional charge of Special Secretary (Land & Building).
6. Kanika (IAS:2022:AGMUT), Awaiting posting, has been appointed SDM (Alipur).
7. Raghvendra Meena (IAS:2022:AGMUT), Awaiting posting, has been appointed SDM (Karawal Nagar).
8. KC Surender (DANICS:2001), Special Director (AR) with additional charge of Special Secretary (UD), has been posted as Deputy Commissioner (MCD).
9. Dr Pranjal J Hazarika (DANICS:2006), General Manager (DSCSC), has been given additional charge of Director (DUSIB).
10. Dharmendra Kumar (DANICS:2008), Additional Secretary to Chief Minister, has been assigned additional charge of Administrator, DCCWS.
11. Prashant Kumar (DANICS:2010), Additional Secretary (PG Cell), Office of the Chief Minister, has been given additional charge of Managing Director, DCHFC.
12. Nagendra S Pati Tripathi (DANICS:2011), Awaiting posting, has been appointed Joint Secretary-cum-Joint Director (Administrative Reforms) with additional charge of Joint Secretary (Art, Culture & Languages).
13. Mukesh Rajora (DANICS:2013), General Manager (DCCWS), has been posted as ADM (HQ), Revenue Department.
14. Radhey Shyam Meena (DANICS:2017), Joint Secretary (Land & Building), has been transferred as Director (DJB).
15. Tapadiya Shrikant Rajendra Prasad (DANICS:2018), SDM (Alipur), has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Department of Food Safety.
16. Amod Barthwal (DANICS:2022), SDM (Karawal Nagar), has been transferred and posted as SDM (Vivek Vihar).
