Chhattisgarh : 20 IAS officers transferred

The Chhattisgarh government on Sunday (12.09.2021) issued transferred and posting orders of 20 IAS officers across the state.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. Subrat Sahoo (IAS:1992:CG), Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) to CM, with charges of ACS, Home and Jail Department, ACS, Water Resources Department, ACS, Electronics and Information Technology, ACS, Housing and Environment Department, Commerce & Industries (Rail Line Project), has been relieved from the charge of ACS, Water Resource Department and assigned additional charge of ACS, PHED.
2. Manoj Kumar Pingua (IAS:1994:CG), Principal Secretary, Commerce & Industries and Department of Public Enterprises with additional charges of Principal Secretary, Forest Department, Resident Commissioner, Chhattisgarh Bhawan and OSD-cum-Investment Commissioner, CSIDC (Hqrs New Delhi) has been relieved from the charge of Resident Commissioner and assigned additional charge of Principal Resident Commissioner of Chhattisgarh Bhawan, New Delhi.
3. Dr. M Geeta (IAS:1997:CG), Incharge Agriculture Production Commissioner and Secretary Agriculture & Farmers Welfare and Bio Technology Department has been transferred and posted as Resident Commissioner, Chhattisgarh, New Delhi.
4. Amrit Kumar Khalkho (IAS:2002:CG), Secretary, Labour Department with additional charge of Secretary, Governor has been given assigned additional charge of Secretary, Labour Commissioner, Chhattisgarh.
5. Pardeshi Siddharth Komal (IAS:2003:CG), Secretary, CM with additional charges of Secretary, Public Works Department, Secretary, Civil Aviation and Secretary, PHED has been relieved of the charge of Secretary, PHED and assigned additional charge of Mining.
6. Avinash Champawat (IAS:2003:CG), Secretary, Water Resources with additional charge of Secretary, Sports & Youth Welfare, Secretary, Parliamentary Affairs Department has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Parliamentary Affairs Department with additional charge of Commissioner, Panchayat.
7. Prasanna R (IAS:2004:CG), Secretary, Panchayat and Rural Development Department with additional charge of Secretary, Skill Development and Director, Panchayat has been relieved of the charge of Director, Panchayat.
8. Anbalagan P (IAS:2001:CG), Mineral Resources Department with additional charge of Secretary, Tourism, Culture and Religious Trusts & Endowments Department has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Water Resources Department with additional charge of Secretary, Tourism, Culture and Religious Trusts & Endowments Department.
9. Dhananjay Dewangan (IAS:2004:CG), Secretary, Higher Education Department with additional charge of Technical Education and Employment Department has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Home with additional charge of Secretary, PHED.
10. Neelam Namdev Ekka (IAS:2005:CG), Public Grievance and Redressal Department with additional charge Director, Civil Aviation, has been given additional charge of Secretary, Sports and Youth Welfare Department.
11. Alex V F Paul Menon V (IAS:2006:CG), Labour Commissioner, Chhattisgarh with additional charge of Special Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection, has been transferred and posted as Director, Chhattisgarh Administrative Academy.
12. Bhuvnesh Yadav (IAS:2006:CG), Special Secretary, Rural Industries Department with additional charges of Director, Land Records and Director, Printing & Stationery Department, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary, Higher Education Department (Independent Charge) with additional charges of Special Secretary, Technical Education & Employment Department and MD, Chhattisgarh State Seed and Agriculture Development Corporation.
13. Rajesh Singh Meena (IAS:2008:CG), MD, Chhattisgarh Handloom Development and Marketing Co-operative Federation, has been transferred and posted as MD, Chhattisgarh Text Book Corporation with additional charge of Joint Secretary, School Education Department.
14. Narendra Kumar Dugga (IAS:2008:CG), Special Secretary, Agriculture Department with additional charge of MD, Chhattisgarh State Co-operative Dairy Federation has been transferred and posted as Mission Director, Samagra Shiksha.
15. Ranbir Sharma (IAS:2012:CG), Joint Secretary, Matralaya, has been transferred and posted as MD, Chhattisgarh State Co-operative Dairy Federation, Raipur with additional charge of Joint Secretary, Agriculture and CEO, Chhattisgarh State Watershed Region Management Agency (CGSWMA), Raipur.
16. Sudhakar Khalko (IAS:2012:CG), Director, Rural Industries with additional charges of MD, Chhattisgarh Handicraft Development Board and MD, Chhattisgarh Mati Kala Board, has been assigned additional charge of MD, Chhattisgarh Handloom Development and Marketing Federation, Raipur.
17. Jagdish Sonkar (IAS:2013:CG), CEO, Chhattisgarh State Watershed Region Management Agency, Raipur has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary, Forest Department.
18. Rituraj Raghuvanshi (IAS:2014:CG), Commissioner, Municipal Corporation of Bhilai has been transferred as CEO, Raipur Development Authority, Raipur.
19. Chandan Sanjay Tripathi (IAS:2016:CG), Additional Director, Higher Education, has been transferred and posted as Director, Veterinary Services with additional charge of Additional CEO, Nava Raipur Nagar Vikas Pradhikaran.
20. Tulika Prajapati (IAS:2016:CG), CEO, Zila Panchayat, Balrampur-Ramanujganj, has been transferred as Deputy Secretary, Matralaya.
