Centre appoints 3 Part-time non-official Directors on the Board of Indian Overseas Bank

The Central government has appointed B Chandra Reddy, Deepak Sharma and Suresh Kumar Rungta as Part-time Non-official Directors on the Board of Indian Overseas Bank, the bank said in three separate regulatory filings to the stock exchanges on Wednesday (22.12.2021). They have been nominated as Part-time Non-official Directors on the board of the bank for a period of three years from December 21, 2021, or until further orders, whichever is earlier, said Indian Overseas Bank.
