In a significant administrative move, the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) on Tuesday (15.04.2025) issued transfer and posting orders in the grade of Commissioner of Income Tax (CIT) and Director of Income Tax (DIT), with immediate effect.
The reshuffle includes the promotion of several officers, with many being assigned new postings. Additionally, some officers have been entrusted with dual responsibilities through additional charges.
