In yet another significant reshuffle, the Ministry of Finance on Friday issued major transfer and posting orders in the grade of Chief Commissioner of Income Tax/Director of Income Tax. At least 402 officers were impacted by this order. Among them, 394 are Chief Commissioners of Income Tax/Directors of Income Tax, while 8 are Principal Commissioners of Income Tax/Principal Directors of Income Tax.
Among the 394 Chief Commissioners of Income Tax/Directors of Income Tax, 261 are transferred, and 133 are assigned additional charges.
