The Maharashtra government on Tuesday issued transfer and posting orders of 12 IAS officers in the state.

UT : Manisha Chaudhary appointed as SSP (Traffic), Chandigarh
Union Ministry of Home Affairs has issued order for posting of Manisha Chaudhary(IPS:2011:HY) as Senior Superintendent of Police (Traffic) Chandigarh. She has been posted for three years. Prior to this assignment, she was serving as SP, Panipat.
Chaudhary is the first woman IPS officer to hold the post of SSP (Traffic) in the UT. The post of SSP (traffic) is filled from Haryana cadre officer.
The Haryana government had sent a panel of three IPS officers, Manisha Chaudhary, Surinder Pal and Virendra Singh for the post to UT administration. But only Chaudhary was a direct IPS officer, with the other
two promoted to the top service.
Haryana : Three IPS officers transferred
The Haryana government on Tuesday issued transfer posting orders of 03 Indian Police Service (IPS) officers in the state.
The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :
- Ms. Naazneen Bhasin (IPS:2007:HY) : SP/RTC, Bhondsi and Comdt., 2nd IRB, Bhondsi, Gurugram with additional charge of SP, SVB.
- Rajesh Duggal (IPS:2010:HY) : SP, Jhajjar.
- Himanshu Garg (IPS:2013:HY) : SP, Kurushetra.
Haryana : Ms. G Anupama gets additional charge of Nodal Officer, International Gita Mahotsav
Ms. G Anupama (IAS:1991:HY), Secretary to Governor, Haryana, Chief Administrator, Trade Fair Authority of Haryana, New Delhi, Principal Secretary, Forests & Wildlife Department, has been given additional charge of Nodal Officer for International Gita Mahotsav.

Centre notifies appointment of three new Judges for Gauhati High Court
The Union government on Friday announced the elevation of Justice Sanjay Kumar Medhi, Justice Nani Tagia, and Justice Manish Choudhury as Gauhati High Court Judges. All the three judges at present are functioning as additional Judges at Gauhati High Court.
Justice Choudhury was appointed as an Additional Judge of the High Court on January 18, 2019 whereas Justices Medhi and Tagia were appointed on November 19, 2018.
