Bishwadip Day empanelled as Joint Secretary in GoI

Bishwadip Day (IFS:2001) has been empanelled for holding Joint Secretary and equivalent posts in Government of India. Presently, he is serving as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) (JS level), Department of Atomic Energy.
