Bihar: Two IAS officers shifted, Abhay Kumar Singh posted as Tourism Secretary

The Bihar government has issued transfer and posting orders for two IAS officers.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. Abhay Kumar Singh (IAS:2004:BH): Secretary, Tourism.
2. Vinay Kumar (IAS:2010:BH): Joint Secretary, Planning and Development.
