The Bihar government on Thursday promoted two IAS officers to Principal Secretary rank keeping in view their seniority and performance.
Rural Development Secretary Arvind Kumar Chaudhary was made Principal Secretary in the same department, a General Administration department notification said.
Arvind Kumar Chaudhary is the 1995 batch IAS officer.
Along with Arvind, Vijay Lakshami N, Secretary Animal & Fish Resources, a 95 batch IAS, has also been made Principal Secretary of her respective department.
