The Bihar government on Thursday (21.09.2023) issued transfer and posting directives for nine IAS officers and one IRSS officer to enhance the efficiency of the state’s administrative apparatus.
The names of the officers and their postings are as follows:
- Dayanidhan Pandey (IAS:2006:BH), Commissioner, Bhagalpur Division, has been transferred and posted as Director, Consolidation Directorate, Revenue & Land Reform, Patna.
- Sanjay Kumar Singh (IAS:2007:BH), Commissioner, Munger Division, has been given additional charge of Commissioner, Bhagalpur Division.
- Deepak Anand (IAS:2007:BH), Additional Secretary, Art, Culture and Youth Department, has been transferred and posted as Director, Food and Consumer Protection Department.
- Anil Kumar Jha (IAS:2012:BH), Joint Secretary, Agriculture Department, Patna, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Revenue Board, Patna.
- Sanjay Kumar (IAS:2017:BH), Joint Secretary, Cooperative Department, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, MANREGA, Rural Development.
- Rubi (IAS:2017:BH), Joint Secretary, Commercial Tax, has been transferred and posted as Director, Directorate of Culture, Art, Culture and Youth Department with additional charge of Joint Secretary of Art, Culture and Youth Department.
- Sanjay Kumar Singh (IAS:2017:BH), Joint Secretary, Agriculture Department, has been transferred and posted as Joint Secretary, Building Construction Department.
- Abhay Jha (IAS:2017:BH), Joint Secretary, Cooperative Department, has been transferred and posted as Administrator, Bihar State Road Transport Cooperation.
- Ashima Jain (IAS:2008:BH), Special Secretary, Minor Water Resources Department with additional charge of State Transport Commissioner/Administrator, Bihar State Road Transport Corporation, has been relieved from the charge of Administrator, Bihar State Road Transport Corporation.
- Sanny Sinha (IRSS), Special Secretary, Transport Department, has been transferred and posted as MD, Bihar State Text Book Publication Corporation Ltd.
