The Bihar government has issued transfer orders for IAS officer Kumar Nishant Vivek (IAS:2020:BH) and posted him as Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDO) of Kahalgaon, Bhagalpur. Prior to this order, he was serving as OSD, Energy Department.
