Ravi Shankar Srivastava, Investment Commissioner, Mumbai and Chief Executive Officer of Bihar Foundation, has been relieved by the Bihar government to contribute to Central Board of Direct Taxes in the revenue department of the Union Finance Ministry. Srivastava is an IRS officer who was deployed in Bihar government on deputation.
