The Bihar government on Monday (07.03.2022) promoted senior IAS officer Deepak Kumar Singh (IAS:1992:BH) to the grade of Additional Chief Secretary (ACS). Presently, he is serving as Principal Secretary, Environment, Forest and Climate Change Department.
