AP: 8 IAS officers shifted, RP Sisodia to head Handloom, Textiles, I&C Departments

The Andhra Pradesh government on Sunday (13.04.2025) carried out a small yet significant bureaucratic reshuffle, issuing transfer and posting orders for eight IAS officers.

The most notable among the changes was the transfer of Special Chief Secretary Ram Prakash Sisodia, who has been posted to the Handloom and Textiles, I&C Department.

The names of the officers and their posting are as follows;

1. Ram Prakash Sisodia (IAS:1991:AP), Special Chief Secretary (Land and DM, Registration and Stamps), Revenue Department, has been transferred and posted as Special Chief Secretary, Handloom and Textiles, I&C Department duly relieving N Yuvaraj (IAS:2001:AP) from full additional charge. Mr. Sisodia is also relieved from the full additional charge of the post of Director General, Andhra Pradesh Human Resource Development Institute (APHRDI).
2. G Jaya Lakshmi (IAS:1995:AP), Chief Commissioner of Land Administration & Special Chief Secretary, is placed in full additional charge of Special Chief Secretary (Land and DM, Registration and Stamps), Revenue Department.
3. Bhaskar Katamneni (IAS:2004:AP), Secretary, ITE & C Department, is placed in full additional charge of Director, Andhra Pradesh Human Resource Development Institute (APHRDI).
4. Mutyalaraju Renu (IAS:2007:AP), awaiting posting orders, has been posted as Commissioner, State Institute of Rural Development, Panchayat Raj & Rural Development, duly relieving B Mohammed Diwan Mydeen (IFS:2008), from full additional charge.
5. K Madhavi Latha (IAS:2014:AP), awaiting posting orders, has been posted as CEO, AP Rythu Bazar, duly relieving M Vijaya Suneetha (IAS:2014:AP)
   from full additional charge.
6. M Gauthami (IAS:2014:AP), awaiting posting orders, has been posted as Secretary, AP Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institution Society (Gurukulam) (APTWREIS), duly relieving S Bhargavi (IAS:2015:AP) from full additional charge.
7. Kothamasu Dinesh Kumar (IAS:2017:AP), awaiting posting orders, has been posted as Director, Ayush, duly relieving Dr. Manjula D Hosmani (IRS) from full additional charge.
8. Dr. K Neelakanta Reddy (IAS:2017:AP), awaiting posting orders, has been posted as Managing Director, AP State Aids Control Societies, duly relieving Dr. A Siri (IAS:2015:AP) from full additional charge.
