Anjali Bhawra (IAS:1988:PB), Secretary, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan), has been given additional charge of Secretary, Department of Social Justice & Empowerment. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), the competent authority has approved assignment of additional charge of the post to Ms Bhawra upon the superannuation of R Subrahmanyam (IAS:1985:AP) on 31.08.2022 and till the appointment of a regular incumbent or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
