UP govt transfers 13 IAS officers: Anil Dhingra shifted, Indra Vikram Singh named Gorakhpur Commissioner

The Uttar Pradesh government on Tuesday transferred 13 IAS officers, assigning them to new administrative and departmental responsibilities across the state.

The details of the transfers are as follows:

1. Anil Dhingra, Divisional Commissioner, Gorakhpur, has been transferred and posted as Housing Commissioner, Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Board; Director, Urban Land Ceiling, Uttar Pradesh; and Secretary, Housing and Urban Planning Department.
2. Indra Vikram Singh, Secretary, Agriculture, Agricultural Marketing, Agricultural Foreign Trade and Export Promotion Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh, and Director, State Agricultural Produce Market Council, has been posted as Divisional Commissioner, Gorakhpur.
3. Ravindra, Principal Secretary, Agriculture, Agricultural Education and Research, Agricultural Marketing, Agricultural Foreign Trade and Export Promotion Department, has been given additional charge of Director, State Agricultural Produce Market Council.
4. Vaibhav Srivastava, Managing Director, PCDF (Provincial Cooperative Dairy Federation), has been posted as Divisional Commissioner, Basti.
5. Prakash Bindu, Secretary, Home and Vigilance Department, has been transferred and posted as Managing Director, Provincial Cooperative Dairy Federation (PCDF).
6. Bhupendra S Chaudhary, Divisional Commissioner, Bareilly, has been posted as Secretary, Administrative Reforms Department.
7. Shambhu Kumar, Managing Director, Purvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (PuVVNL), has been appointed Divisional Commissioner, Bareilly.
8. Dr Lokesh M., Secretary, Public Works Department (PWD), has been transferred and posted as Divisional Commissioner, Prayagraj.
9. Soumya Agarwal, Divisional Commissioner, Prayagraj, has been appointed Labour Commissioner.
10. Sandeep Kumar, Member (Judicial), Board of Revenue, Prayagraj, has been posted as Managing Director, Purvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (PVVNL).
11. Pushp Raj Singh, Secretary, Gorakhpur Development Authority, has been appointed Additional Chief Executive Officer, Noida.
12. Satish Pal, Additional Chief Executive Officer, Noida, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary, Home Department
13. Dr Balkar Singh, Housing Commissioner, Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Board; Director, Urban Land Ceiling, Uttar Pradesh; and Secretary, Housing and Urban Planning Department, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA).
