ACC effects bureaucratic reshuffle at Additional Secretary level, Vikram Dev Dutt posted as DG, DGCA

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet on Saturday (21.01.2023) effected a bureaucratic reshuffle at the level of Additional Secretary.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. Ms. Arti Bhatnagar (IDAS:1990) has been posted as Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor, Ministry of Commerce & Industry. Presently, she is posted in the cadre.
2. Amardeep Singh Bhatia (IAS:1993:NL) has been appointed as Additional Secretary, Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce & Industry. Presently, he is posted in the cadre.
3. Alok (IAS:1993:RJ), Member (Administration), National Highways Authority of India, Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has been appointed as Additional Secretary, National Disaster Management Authority, Ministry of Home Affairs.
4. Vikram Dev Dutt (IAS:1993:AGMUT), Chairman & Managing Director, Air India Asset Holding Ltd. has been appointed as Director General in the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Ministry of Civil Aviation in the rank and pay of Additional Secretary to the Government of India upon superannuation of Arun Kumar (IAS:1989:HY) on 28.02.2023.
5. Satinder Pal Singh (IPS:1995:HP) has been appointed as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs by temporarily downgrading a vacant post of Special Secretary in the Ministry.
