ACC clears appointment of CVOs in seven PSUs

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) on Friday (13.05.2022) approved the appointment of Chief Vigilance Officers (CVOs) in seven Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).

They are ;

  1. Prem Prakash (IOFS:1998) has been appointed as CVO, Satlaj Jal Vidyut Nigam Ltd, Delhi for a period of three years.
  2. Shiv Pal Singh (IFoS:1997:UP) has been appointed as CVO, Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd. (BHEL), Delhi for a period of three years.
  3. Ms. Pratima Gupta (IOFS:1992) has been appointed as CVO, Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI), Delhi for a period of three years.
  4. Chandramani Sharma (ISS:1993) has been appointed as CVO, RailTel Corporation of India Ltd. (RCIL), Delhi/NCR for a period of three years.
  5. Bharat Vishwanath (IRSS:1996) has been appointed as National Mineral Development Corporation Ltd. (NMDC), Hyderabad for a period up to 02.08.2025 (combined deputation tenure of 7 years).
  6. Guru Prakash (IRSE:1997) (Civil) has been appointed as CVO, HMT Ltd. Bengaluru for a period of three years.
  7. Shyam Kumar Verma (IRSSE:1994) has been appointed as CVO, Central Warehousing Corporation (CWC), Delhi for a period of three years.
