Jyoti Arora (IAS:1987:HY) has been relieved by the Haryana government and placed at the disposal of Department of Personnel and Training, New Delhi for appointment as Additional Secretary and Financial Advisor to the Govt. of India, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. She was posted as ACS to Government of Haryana, Cooperation Department.
