The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has failed to find suitable candidate for the post of Managing Director, Hindustan Steelworks Construction Limited (HSCL), at a selection meeting held on April 23, 2019. The PESB interviewed three candidates for the top job following which it announced that the administrative ministry/department might choose an appropriate course of action for selection.
The following 03 applicants were interviewed in the selection meeting :
1. Sanjiv Kumar Gupta : Executive Director, Engineering Projects (India) Ltd.
2. Anil Kumar Singh : Deputy General Manager, Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL).
3. Pradeep Kumar Lohani : Additional General Manager, NTPC Limited.
