The Haryana government on Thursday (August 20, 2026) issued three separate orders involving 19 IAS and HCS officers. The first order transferred and posted 16 officers, including six IAS and 10 HCS officers, with immediate effect. In the second order, one IAS officer was given additional charge, while the third order assigned additional charge to another IAS officer and transferred one officer to a fresh assignment.
The names of the officers and their postings are as follows:
- Vijay Singh Dahiya (IAS:2001:HY), Principal Secretary, School Education Department; Principal Secretary, Animal Husbandry Department; and Principal Secretary, Sports Department, has been relieved of the charge of Sports Department and given charge of Civil Aviation Department as Principal Secretary.
- Amneet P Kumar (IAS:2001:HY), Principal Secretary, Department of Future and Principal Secretary, Foreign Cooperation Department, has been given additional charge of Principal Secretary, Sports Department.
- Rajiv Rattan (IAS:2008:HY), Secretary, Personnel, Training & Parliamentary Affairs Department; Director, Training (Ex-Officio); Inquiry Officer, Vigilance, Haryana; and Director General, Supplies & Disposals, Haryana, has been given additional charge of Director General, Science & Technology, Haryana.
- Sharandeep Kaur Brar (IAS:2009:HY), on return from the Government of India, has been posted as Managing Director, Haryana State Warehousing Corporation.
- Munish Sharma (IAS:2014:HY), Secretary, Haryana Board of School Education, Bhiwani, has been transferred and posted as Administrator (HQ), HSVP, Panchkula.
- Deepak Babul Karwa (IAS:2020:HY), Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Bhiwani and Charkhi Dadri, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Haryana Board of School Education, Bhiwani.
- Mamta (HCS:2013), awaiting orders of posting, has been posted as Additional Director (Administration), Welfare of SCs & BCs, Haryana, and Additional CEO, Haryana Parivar Pehchan Authority.
- Meenakxee Raj (HCS:2013), Secretary, HSVP, Panchkula, and Joint Secretary, Monitoring & Coordination Cell, Haryana, with charge of Samadhan Prakoshth, has been transferred and posted as Joint Secretary, Revenue & Disaster Management Department; Joint Secretary, Monitoring & Coordination Cell, Haryana, to look after Samadhan Prakoshth; and Additional Director, Consolidation of Land Holdings & Land Records, Haryana.
- Virender Chaudhary (HCS:2013), Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Kurukshetra, has been transferred and posted as Additional Director, Urban Local Bodies.
- Deepak Kumar (HCS:2016), awaiting orders of posting, has been posted as Joint Director (Administration), AYUSH, Haryana.
- Jeetinder Joshi (HCS:2020), Joint Director (Administration), Elementary Education, has been transferred and posted as Joint Director (Administration), Higher Education, and Deputy Secretary, Higher Education Department.
- Darshan Yadav (HCS:2020), Sub Divisional Officer (Civil), Manesar, has been transferred and posted as Joint Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Manesar.
- Jai Parkash (HCS:2020), Joint Director (Administration), Welfare of SCs & BCs, and Joint CEO, Haryana Parivar Pehchan Authority, has been transferred and posted as Joint Resident Commissioner, Haryana Bhawan, New Delhi.
- Gulzar Malik (HCS:2020), Director, Cooperative Sugar Mills, Jind, has been transferred and posted as CEO, Zila Parishad Kaithal and CEO, DRDA, Kaithal.
- Neeraj Sharma (HCS:2022), Joint Director (Administration), Higher Education; Deputy Secretary, Higher Education Department; and Secretary (Legal), Haryana Staff Selection Commission, has been transferred and posted as Joint Director (Administration), Elementary Education, and Secretary (Legal), Haryana Staff Selection Commission.
- Lokesh (HCS:2023), Joint Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Manesar, has been transferred and posted as Sub Divisional Officer (Civil), Manesar.
Three More IAS Officers Reassigned
In two separate orders, the state government has also made changes involving three IAS officers:
- Pratima Chaudhary (IAS:2013), Special Secretary, Animal Husbandry & Dairying Department; Member Secretary, Haryana State Commission for Women; and Managing Director, Haryana Women Development Corporation Limited, has been given additional charge of Secretary, Haryana State Commission for Protection of Child Rights.
- Manoj Kumar-II (IAS:2014), Commissioner, Food & Drugs Administration and Managing Director, Haryana Medical Services Corporation Limited, has been given additional charge of CEO, Ayushman Bharat Haryana Health Protection Authority.
- Satbir Singh (IAS:2018:HY), Chief Executive Officer, Ayushman Bharat Haryana Health Protection Authority, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Rohtak.
