Tamil Nadu transfers 3 IAS officers; K Vivekanandan posted as Special Secretary, Industries

The Tamil Nadu government on Monday (June 15, 2026) issued transfer and posting orders for three IAS officers.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows;

1. K Vivekanandan (IAS:2006:TN), Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Urban Finance and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (TUFIDCO), has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary, Industries, Investment Promotion and Commerce Department.
2. K Santhi (IAS:2015:TN), Director of Sericulture, Salem, has been transferred and posted as Director-cum-Mission Director, Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS), Chennai.
3. I S Mercy Ramya (IAS:2015:TN), Director-cum-Mission Director, Integrated Child Development Services, Chennai, have been placed at the disposal of Tamil Nadu Power Distribution Corporation Limited and Tamil Nadu Transmission Corporation for appointment as Joint Managing Director (Finance).
