Kunal Kashyap (IRS-C&CE:2008), currently serving as Commissioner (Housing) in the Delhi Development Authority (DDA), has been prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre.
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on March 27, the competent authority has approved the proposal of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) to repatriate him to his parent cadre to avail the benefit of promotion.
Kunal Kashyap has been serving in the position since February 2024. His two-year extended tenure was to expire in November 2027, but he has been repatriated earlier.
Before joining the DDA, he served as Chief Assessor & Collector in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD).
