IAS Ramandeep Chowdhary appointed Director in Food Processing Ministry

IAS officer Ramandeep Chowdhary (IAS:2008:KN) has been appointed as Director in the Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI), Delhi, for a period of five years.

According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on March 24, 2026, the competent authority has approved his appointment under the central staffing scheme. His tenure will be for five years from the date of assuming charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Presently, he is serving in Karnataka as Secretary, Planning, Programme Monitoring and Statistics Department.
