Senior IAS officer Punya Salila Srivastava (IAS:1993:AGMUT), currently serving as Secretary, Department of Health and Family Welfare, has been given additional charge of Secretary, Department of Health Research. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Friday (February 27, 2026), the competent authority has approved the assignment of additional charge of the post to her during the period of leave of incumbent Dr Rajiv Bahl from February 28, 2026 to March 9, 2026.
