IAS officer Manasi Sahay Thakur (IAS:2009:HP) has been empanelled for holding Joint Secretary or equivalent level posts in the Government of India. The Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) issued the empanelment order on Wednesday (November 26, 2025).
She is currently serving as Director in the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, a position she has held since November 2024.
