Vikas Anand (IAS:2002:AGMUT), currently serving as CEO (Joint Secretary level) of the National Land Monetization Corporation (NLMC) under the Department of Public Enterprises, has been prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre.
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Saturday (03.05.2025), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) approved the Department of Public Enterprises’ proposal to repatriate Anand.
It is noteworthy that Anand was appointed Secretary to Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on April 7. His repatriation clears the way for him to assume the new assignment with the Delhi Government.
