Senior IAS officer Ravindra Telang (IAS:1995:SK) was on Friday (27.12.2024) appointed as Chief Secretary of Sikkim, succeeding Vijay Bhushan Pathak (IAS:1990:SK), who is set to retire on December 31, 2024. Currently, he is serving as Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department.
Senior IAS officer VB Pathak took charge as the Chief Secretary of Sikkim on September 1, 2022. He also served as Additional Chief Secretary-cum-Development Commissioner, Planning & Development Department with additional charge of the Finance Department.
